Overview

• ***Role Description:**
• We are looking for a friendly, energetic, and customer-focused **Waitress cum Cashier** to join our F&B team.
• The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to provide outstanding customer service in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
• ***Responsibilities:**
• Welcome and assist guests in a professional and friendly manner
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently
• Serve food and drinks while ensuring customer satisfaction
• Handle billing and cashier operations, including cash and card payments
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining and cashier areas
• Coordinate with kitchen and service staff for smooth daily operations
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally
• Follow hygiene, safety, and company service standards
• ***Requirements:**
• Minimum 2 years of experience in the respective position is preferred.
• Familiarity with electronic equipment, like cash register and POS.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong customer service orientation.
• Attention to detail and a positive attitude.
• Your shifts/hours will be varied according to the business needs, which will include day-time, night-time and weekends on a rota basis.
