Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Waitress role based in Limassol Municipality.
The Waitress will greet guests, present menus, take orders accurately, and serve food and beverages in a timely and professional manner.
Daily tasks include setting up and clearing tables, ensuring cleanliness of the dining area, and coordinating with the kitchen to handle orders, special requests, and dietary needs.
The role involves processing payments, addressing guest questions or concerns, and maintaining a welcoming, safe environment in line with hygiene and service standards.
The Waitress will work closely with the broader service team to support smooth restaurant operations during regular hours, peak times, and special events.
Qualifications
- Strong customer-facing skills, including Customer Service and Communication abilities.
- Experience or familiarity with Food & Beverage and Food Service operations, including menu knowledge and basic service procedures.
- Basic Cooking knowledge or understanding of kitchen workflows is an advantage.
- Previous experience in a restaurant, café, hotel, or similar hospitality environment preferred.
- Ability to stand for extended periods, carry trays, and work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Attention to detail, reliability, and a positive, team-oriented attitude.
- Fluency in English; additional local or foreign languages are an asset.
