Flaky Patry Croissants Co is hiring a waitress to join its hospitality team.
The role includes welcoming customers, presenting display products, helping with selections, taking orders, and serving food.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers, showcase display products, and assist with item selection.
- Take orders and serve food in a timely manner.
- Coordinate with kitchen staff and the barista to support customer satisfaction and liaise with other departments for smooth operations.
- Arrange table setups before and after each customer according to brand standards.
- Help ensure friendly, professional, and timely service; report discrepancies and customer complaints to the manager on duty.
- Collect bill payments from customers and hand them to the cashier.
Qualifications
- One to two years of experience in a similar concept is requested.
- One to two years of customer-service experience in a similar role.
- Fluency in English is required.
- Waitress experience is preferred.
Compensation
- Pay is AED 2,800–3,100 per month.
Workplace
- Full-time role; work location is in person in Dubai.
