Responsible for sourcing, negotiating, and purchasing food and beverage products while supporting quality, cost control, and timely delivery.
The role supports supplier relationships and operational efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Source and evaluate food and beverage suppliers.
- Negotiate pricing, contracts, and payment terms.
- Monitor inventory and coordinate demand forecasting with operations.
- Ensure quality standards and compliance with company policies and health regulations.
- Manage purchase orders and procurement records.
- Analyze market trends and identify cost-saving opportunities.
- Build and maintain supplier relationships.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 4–5 years of purchasing experience in the food and beverage industry.
- Strong negotiation and analytical skills.
- Knowledge of inventory management systems.
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
