Restaurant Manager role focused on leading floor service, team development, guest experience, and restaurant standards.
Responsibilities
- Oversee restaurant operations and lead and develop the team while maintaining high standards.
- Lead service on the floor and help ensure guests receive a warm welcome; support the host or hostess during busy periods.
- Maintain professional guest relationships and resolve issues promptly.
- Coordinate with the kitchen and chef on menu changes and presentation.
- Ensure food and beverages are served and cleared according to standards and service sequence.
- Control food and beverage inventory and maintain stock.
Requirements
- At least 2–3 years of full-service restaurant management experience.
- UAE restaurant management experience is preferred.
- Ability to lead and develop a team and maintain high hospitality standards.
- Ability to connect with guests and colleagues and handle guest issues professionally.

- Work location is in person.
