Role overview
Deliver fast, accurate, and efficient food and beverage service while maintaining service standards that meet guest expectations.
Responsibilities
- Welcome and greet guests.
- Suggest and professionally upsell food and beverage products.
- Serve guests and colleagues promptly, efficiently, and accurately.
- Accommodate reasonable guest requests and respond promptly to questions.
- Know the menu and food and beverage offerings to answer guest questions.
- Take orders and communicate them accurately and promptly to the kitchen and bar.
Qualifications
- High school diploma.
- Previous service experience is an asset.
- Knowledge of a Point-of-Sale System is an asset.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.
- Basic Food Safety Certificate.
- Arabic speaking is an added advantage.
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
