Responsibilities

• Develop sales strategies and identify new business opportunities, market segments, and potential clients.
• Maintain relationships with clients, corporate accounts, and business partners; lead and support the sales team in achieving targets.
• Monitor market and competitor developments; prepare forecasts, budgets, reports, and performance analyses.
• Conduct client meetings, presentations, negotiations, and contract discussions; coordinate promotions with Marketing and other departments.
• Track KPIs and apply corrective actions; ensure compliance with company policies and brand standards.
• Maintain client and sales records and represent the company at industry events as required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
• At least 3–5 years of relevant sales experience; leadership or supervisory experience is preferred.
• Proven sales-target achievement and revenue growth, with strong communication, negotiation, presentation, interpersonal, leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and relevant sales or CRM systems; business acumen and ability to build long-term client relationships.
• Able to work under pressure, manage priorities, and deliver in a target-driven environment.
• Excellent command of English and Arabic; additional languages are an advantage.
