Provide professional and friendly table service and support guest satisfaction throughout the dining experience.
Responsibilities
- Welcome guests and present menus.
- Take food and beverage orders, then serve meals and beverages efficiently.
- Handle guest requests promptly and professionally.
- Maintain clean, organized tables and service areas and follow restaurant standards and procedures.
- Coordinate with the kitchen, bar, hostess, and management team for smooth service.
- Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, food safety, and professional appearance standards.
Job requirements
- Previous waiter/waitress or similar hospitality experience is preferred.
- Excellent customer service and communication; good food and beverage service knowledge.
- Accurately take orders and provide efficient table service; demonstrate teamwork and interpersonal skills.
- Maintain a professional, friendly, positive attitude and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Show attention to detail, time management, and professional handling of guest requests and concerns.
- Know cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards; maintain professional appearance and grooming.
- Be flexible to work different shifts, weekends, and holidays when required.
- Good command of English is required; additional languages are an advantage.
