Role overview

What you will do

• Assist daily operations across restaurants, bars, and events.
• Support breakfast, lunch, dinner, and banquet service.
• Prepare tables, mise-en-place, and service areas before each shift.
• Greet guests, provide attentive service, and handle requests with care.
• Apply service standards, upselling techniques, and menu knowledge.
• Collaborate with colleagues for smooth and timely operations.
• Handle food, beverages, and equipment according to hygiene standards.
• Support events, themed nights, and special promotions.
• Adapt to different Food and Beverage areas and share service improvement ideas.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing studies in hospitality, tourism, or a related field.
• Strong interest in Food and Beverage operations and guest service.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Positive attitude, well-groomed appearance, and team spirit.
• Willingness to learn, adapt, and take initiative in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic understanding of hygiene and safety standards is an advantage.
