Waiter/Waitress

**Location:** Dubai, UAE

Job Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Present menus, answer customer inquiries, and provide product recommendations.
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and enter them into the POS system.
• Serve food, beverages, and bakery products efficiently and according to company standards.
• Handle cash, card, and other payment transactions accurately.
• Prepare bills, issue receipts, and ensure all sales transactions are properly recorded.
• Maintain an accurate cash float and follow cashiering procedures.
• Ensure cleanliness and organization of dining areas, service stations, counters, and displays.
• Replenish stocks and report low inventory levels to management.
• Assist with opening and closing duties, including cleaning and preparation of the outlet.
• Handle customer feedback and complaints professionally and escalate issues when necessary.
• Follow food safety, hygiene, and health & safety standards at all times.
• Work closely with the kitchen and bakery team to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Waiter, Waitress, Server, Cashier, or in a similar hospitality role is preferred.
• Experience using POS systems and handling cash transactions.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Professional appearance and positive attitude.
• Good English communication skills.
• Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and holidays as required by business operations.
