About This Role
Knot Bakehouse is currently looking for a reliable and hands-on Storekeeper/Dispatcher to support our daily logistics, stock handling, and delivery operations in Dubai.
The ideal candidate should have experience in storekeeping, dispatch coordination, and inventory handling within a restaurant, bakery, café, or food production environment. This role requires someone organized, physically active, and capable of managing fast-paced operational requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Receive, inspect, and organize incoming deliveries and stock items
- Prepare daily dispatch orders for branch deliveries and operations
- Coordinate with drivers regarding delivery schedules and item dispatching
- Assist in loading and unloading products, supplies, and materials to and from delivery vehicles
- Support drivers during offloading and distribution of items when required
- Ensure proper handling and storage of food products, packaging, and operational supplies
- Maintain accurate stock records, inventory logs, and dispatch documentation
- Monitor stock levels and report shortages or discrepancies to management
- Ensure cleanliness and organization of the storage and dispatch area
- Follow company procedures, hygiene standards, and food safety regulations
- Assist operations and purchasing teams when required
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in storekeeping, dispatching, warehouse, or logistics operations
- Experience within restaurants, bakeries, cafés, food production, or hospitality industry is preferred
- Physically fit and willing to assist with loading and unloading activities
- Good organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced operational environment
- Basic knowledge of inventory and stock handling procedures
- English communication skills is a must
- UAE experience is preferred
- Candidates currently based in the UAE will be highly preferred
Preferred Background:
Candidates with experience in food production, central kitchens, bakery operations, or restaurant logistics will be highly considered.
