Delivers fast, accurate, and efficient food and beverage service while maintaining guest service standards.
Responsibilities
- Welcome and greet guests; suggest and professionally upsell food and beverage products.
- Serve guests and colleagues quickly, efficiently, and accurately.
- Accommodate reasonable guest requests and respond promptly to queries.
- Know the menu and available food and beverage offerings to answer questions.
- Take orders and communicate them promptly and accurately to the kitchen and bar.
Qualifications
- High school diploma.
- Previous service experience and Point-of-Sale System knowledge are assets.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills; strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.
- Basic Food Safety Certificate.
- Arabic speaking is an added advantage.
- Able to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
