Key responsibilities
- Greet customers, provide menus, and assist with seating when required.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders and communicate them to the kitchen or service team.
- Serve food and beverages promptly and according to service standards.
- Respond to customer questions and requests in a professional manner.
- Maintain clean and organized dining and service areas.
- Process or assist with customer bills and payments as required.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Friendly, polite, and professional approach.
- Ability to work efficiently in a busy environment.
- Good teamwork and time-management skills.
- Previous restaurant or hospitality experience is preferred.
