Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Waiter based in Jeddah.
The Waiter will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, taking and serving orders, providing menu recommendations, and ensuring a clean and welcoming dining environment.
Additional duties may include collaborating with kitchen staff to ensure efficient food service and addressing any customer inquiries or concerns promptly and professionally.
Qualifications
- Strong Customer Service skills with the ability to create a welcoming and friendly dining experience
- Knowledge of Food & Beverage and Food Service essentials
- Excellent Communication skills to ensure clear interactions with both customers and team members
- Cooking skills are a plus but not required
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with strong organizational skills
- Prior experience in the food and beverage or hospitality industry is preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent is required
- Proficiency in Arabic and English is advantageous
