Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Head Waiter based in Jeddah, with flexibility for some work-from-home arrangements.
The Head Waiter will oversee dining operations to ensure exceptional customer service, manage and support the waitstaff, and maintain food service quality standards.
Responsibilities
include coordinating with kitchen staff, addressing customer inquiries, supervising table settings, and ensuring adherence to health and safety guidelines.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Customer Service and Communication to ensure a high-quality dining experience for guests
- Knowledge of Food & Beverage and Food Service operations to maintain service standards
- Basic familiarity with Cooking processes to collaborate effectively with kitchen staff
- Strong leadership and team management skills to oversee and motivate staff
- Ability to handle high-pressure situations and solve problems efficiently
- Previous experience in a hospitality or restaurant environment is preferred
- A secondary school diploma or higher education in hospitality management is advantageous
