Role responsibilities
- Anticipate and meet guest needs according to operating procedures, service standards, and HSSE guidelines.
- Maintain knowledge of products, menu items, promotions, and company services; follow the correct service sequence.
- Keep assigned workstations and tables stocked, set up, and clean throughout the shift.
- Process bills and payments accurately and communicate customer or operational issues to management and supervisors.
- Use, maintain, and clean relevant equipment in accordance with HSSE guidelines.
Experience and qualifications
- Customer service background is required; food-service-related experience is preferred.
- One to three years in a restaurant or café is preferred.
- Basic knowledge of or experience with technical equipment is required.
- Clear spoken and written English communication is required.
- Basic cash handling is required.
- Must be able to stand for long hours and carry plates and trays with physical confidence and coordination.
