Responsibilities
- Manage Windows Server, Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP, backups, and related infrastructure.
- Administer Microsoft 365, including Exchange Online, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint, users, permissions, and MFA.
- Manage and troubleshoot LAN/WAN, VLANs, Wi-Fi, VPN, firewalls, switches, and internet connectivity across locations.
- Monitor servers, networks, endpoint security, backups, patching, and infrastructure availability.
- Manage helpdesk operations and provide Level 1/Level 2 support for desktops, laptops, printers, mobile devices, and business applications.
- Support retail and F&B technology, including POS, back-office systems, KDS/KOT, receipt printers, scanners, handheld devices, and store connectivity.
- Support Dynamics 365 Business Central and coordinate complex issues with the ERP support partner.
- Support Business Central user access, permissions, troubleshooting, and related integrations.
- Support new store openings, IT installations, and infrastructure deployments.
- Maintain IT asset inventory, software licences, warranties, and technical documentation.
- Coordinate with IT vendors, ISPs, and application partners and follow issues through to resolution.
- Identify recurring technical issues, perform root-cause analysis, and implement permanent solutions where possible.
Preferred qualifications
- Five years of system administration, infrastructure, and IT support experience is preferred.
- A UAE driving licence is preferred.
