Role responsibilities
- Advise customers, sell and promote retail products, and build ongoing customer relationships and positive experiences.
- Attend to guests' special requirements.
- Keep shelves clean and replenished; ensure labels and signage are neat and correct, and monitor product dates and quality daily.
- Complete assigned side duties and maintain knowledge of retail services, products, and visual display guidelines.
- Accurately bill customers and process payments.
- Communicate customer or operational issues to store management and supervisors.
- Use, maintain, and clean relevant equipment and the retail area in accordance with HSSE guidelines.
Preferred experience and knowledge
- One to three years of experience in the retail food business is preferable.
- A sound knowledge base in retail and cheese is preferred; wine knowledge is an added advantage.
- One year of Retail Assistant experience is preferred.

- Work is in person.
