Opportunity to join Jumeirah Emirates Towers as a Waiter/ess.
Duties and responsibilities
- Welcome, seat, and assist guests; offer menu recommendations and daily specials and accommodate dietary requirements.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders, communicate special requests to kitchen and bar teams, and ensure timely service.
- Process payments and manage billing using the MICROS POS system.
- Verify guest identification and follow local alcohol service requirements.
- Monitor restaurant sections, resolve guest concerns, and support efficient operations.
- Work with front-of-house, bar, and kitchen teams to maintain luxury hospitality standards.
Experience and qualifications
- Diploma or degree in the hospitality industry.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office products and Opera (Cloud).
- Experience working in a multicultural environment.
- 1–2 years of guest service-related experience in a five-star hotel.
