Main duties and responsibilities

• Organize and coordinate events to ensure customer satisfaction and smooth operations.
• Inform relevant department heads about significant groups and events affecting hotel operations.
• Follow the hotel’s selling strategy for events and groups and comply with relevant policies.
• Meet guests to understand their needs, suggest services, and plan event details.
• Conduct in-house site inspections with Sales and Business Development Managers and monitor guest reactions during events.
• Set up and manage room blocks for group events and block suitable function space for group requirements.

Experience and qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in event coordination or conference services within luxury hospitality.
• Certification in Event Planning or Project Management is an advantage.
• Bachelor’s degree in Hotel Management or another relevant field.
• Proficiency in English is essential; additional language skills are highly desirable.
