Role
An internship opportunity in Human Resources at Jumeirah Beach Hotel in Dubai.
Main duties
- Assist with candidate onboarding, including recruitment clearances, references, contracts, visa coordination, flights, start dates, and accommodation.
- Answer candidate onboarding questions and share HR policy information with colleagues.
- Distribute Jumeirah IDs and medical cards to new joiners.
- Support internal communications, maintain noticeboards, and help organize colleague engagement events.
Experience and qualifications
- On-the-job training experience in an operational department.
- Administrative or office experience.
- Hotel operations experience.
- Middle East experience.
