Waiter cum Cashier

About This Role

We are looking for a professional and energetic Waiter cum Cashier to join our team at our brand-new cloud kitchen. The ideal candidate will be the face of our customer service, handling orders efficiently, managing the POS system, and demonstrating a strong knowledge of our beverage menu. • Key Responsibilities
• Customer Interaction: Greet customers warmly, take accurate orders (both in-person and via phone/delivery platforms), and provide detailed information on menu items.
• Cashiering: Process payments quickly and accurately using the POS system. Maintain a balanced cash drawer and handle receipts.
• Beverage Knowledge: Explain the differences between various hot and cold beverages (specialty coffees, teas, signature drinks) to assist customers in their selection.
• Order Management: Coordinate with the kitchen team to ensure orders are prepared correctly and delivered to customers or drivers promptly.
• Maintaining Standards: Ensure the counter and waiting area are kept clean, organized, and welcoming at all times.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a café or food service role preferred but not required
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Better Knowledge about operations in cafe especially peak hours
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends
• Positive attitude, reliability, and ability to multitasking
• Basic math skills and comfort using a cash register or POS system
• Passion for coffee and willingness to learn more about brewing techniques and products

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED2,200.00 per month
