We are seeking a skilled and passionate Kitchen Helper to join our team .
The ideal candidate will have experience in preparing and cooking a variety of kebabs, ensuring high-quality and flavorful dishes for our customers.

Key Responsibilities
- Prepare ingredients for kebabs, including marinating meats, cutting vegetables, and mixing spices.
- Ensure all ingredients are fresh and stored correctly.
- Grill, broil, or otherwise cook kebabs to perfection, ensuring they are cooked to the required standards.
- Monitor the cooking process and adjust heat as necessary to ensure even cooking.
- Maintain high standards of food hygiene and cleanliness in the kitchen.
- Ensure that all dishes are prepared to a high standard of quality and consistency.
- Interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Take orders and ensure customer satisfaction with the food and service provided.
- Assist in managing stock levels, including ordering and receiving supplies.
- Keep track of inventory and report any shortages or issues to the kitchen manager.
Qualifications
- Knowledge of different types of kebabs and their preparation methods. is plus
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of food quality and hygiene.
Additional Info
- General Duty Hours as per labour law 9 hours include break
- Compensated in Overtime and Weekly Off and Other Holidays Include
- Annual Leave paid and allowance
- Communication Skills in English and Arabic is Plus
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From AED1,500.00 per month
