Paratha Maker (Arabic Style)

Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• **Authentic Preparation:** Prepare, knead, and cook high-quality, authentic Arabic-style parathas and traditional breads.
• **Order Management:** Directly take orders from customers (in-person or via phone) and ensure they are recorded accurately in the system.
• **Consistency:** Maintain high standards of taste, texture, and presentation for every order.
• **Kitchen Hygiene:** Follow strict food safety and sanitation guidelines. Keep the workstation clean and organized at all times.
• **Stock Control:** Monitor dough and ingredient levels to ensure the kitchen is always ready for peak hours.

Requirements & Skills

• **Experience:** Proven experience as a Paratha Maker, specifically familiar with **authentic Arabic techniques**.
• **Customer Service:** Strong communication skills to handle customer orders and inquiries efficiently.
• **Language:** Ability to communicate clearly with a diverse customer base (Arabic and English/Hindi skills are an advantage).
• **Efficiency:** Ability to work quickly and maintain quality in a fast-paced cloud kitchen environment.
• **Location:** Must be able to commute to or be based near **Al Shawamekh / Baniyas**, Abu Dhabi. Accomodation provided by company

• Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED2,200.00 per month
