What you will do
- Deliver high-quality service for memorable guest dining experiences.
- Oversee an assigned restaurant section and maintain smooth, efficient service.
- Collaborate with kitchen and front-of-house teams.
- Advise guests on menu choices and wine pairings.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards.
- Handle guest complaints and feedback professionally.
- Train and mentor junior staff.
What you need
- Proven experience as a waiter/waitress or similar role in a high-end restaurant.
- Strong knowledge of French and Mediterranean cuisine.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and remain calm under pressure.
- Fluent English; French is an advantage.
- Professional appearance and demeanour; passion for hospitality and commitment to excellence.
