Main duties
- Greet arriving guests and help them find seating.
- Explain available welcome drinks and take and process guest orders.
- Keep guests supplied with water and napkins.
- Set tables with appropriate tablecloths, flatware, dishware, and glassware.
- Set up buffet tables and replenish dishes before they run out.
- Serve food and beverages at tables and check whether guests need additional items.
- Assist kitchen staff with food preparation to expedite dishes for service.
- Replenish condiments at designated stations.
- Clear buffet tables and return dishes and flatware to the kitchen.
- Clean after catering events and maintain hygienic conditions.
- Monitor supplies, including condiments, napkins, dishware, and flatware.
Requirement
- Catering experience is required.
Pay
- Pay is AED 1,500–2,500 per month.
