Customer service
- Greet customers warmly and take orders accurately.
- Provide product information and recommendations, accommodate special requests, and address concerns professionally.
Beverage and food preparation
- Prepare espresso-based drinks, cold beverages, teas, and other menu items.
- Follow recipes and presentation standards for consistency.
- Operate espresso machines, grinders, brewers, blenders, and other coffee equipment.
- Prepare and serve pastries, sandwiches, or other light food items if offered.
Operations and cleanliness
- Keep workstations, café seating areas, and equipment clean and organized.
- Follow food safety and hygiene standards and replenish supplies.
- Assist with opening and closing tasks, including cash register counts.
Sales and teamwork
- Process orders using POS systems and accurately handle cash, credit, and mobile payments.
- Suggest additional menu items when appropriate.
- Collaborate with team members and communicate inventory needs and equipment issues to supervisors.
Experience
- Two years of barista experience is required.
- Al Quoz commute or relocation with an employer-provided relocation package is preferred.
Compensation
- Pay is AED 1,600–2,500 per month.
Workplace
- Work location is in person.
