Role overview
Experienced waitstaff deliver attentive, accurate service with speed, precision, and personality.
Responsibilities
- Provide personalized guest service from seating through checkout.
- Learn and confidently present menu items, daily specials, and beverages.
- Take and deliver orders, manage multiple tables, and process payments accurately.
- Recommend premium items and pairings, coordinate with kitchen and bar, and resolve guest complaints.
- Maintain clean service stations and dining areas and follow hygiene, safety, and operational standards.
Must-have qualifications
- At least 2 years of fine-dining or high-volume restaurant service experience.
- Fluent English and professional guest communication.
- Professional grooming and presentation; able to remain composed during rushes.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills; able to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- UAE work permit or eligibility to work in the UAE.
Preferred qualifications
- Experience in premium beach clubs, lounges, or upscale food and beverage.
- Arabic, Russian, or Hindi as a second language.
- Basic wine and spirits knowledge and food-pairing familiarity.
Compensation and benefits
- Pay is AED 2,500–4,500 per month, plus tips.
- Offers growth opportunities, employee meals, and benefits under UAE labor law.
