Non-negotiable requirements
- At least two years of experience in Dubai restaurants or hospitality venues.
- Strong Excel skills for tracking, reservations, and reporting; proven CRM-system experience.
- Able to work outdoors for long hours in heat and sun and stand for extended periods.
- Confident communication with guests and team members.
- Professional, calm, guest-focused, well-groomed, presentable, and organized.
- The posting emphasizes reliability and maintaining composure through weather, long hours, and pressure.
Role responsibilities
- Manage guest reservations and walk-ins.
- Handle CRM and guest data accurately.
- Coordinate with the front-of-house team to ensure smooth seating flow.
- Deliver a high-level first impression and guest experience.
- Maintain professionalism under pressure.
Pay
- AED 4,000–6,000 per month.
