Requirements
- At least 2 years of proven bartending experience in Dubai bars and experience with high-volume service.
- Strong knowledge of classic cocktails, spirits, and bar workflow.
- Fluent English; able to work long hours without lowering standards.
- Professional presentation and disciplined work habits.
What you will do
- Serve drinks quickly, accurately, and consistently.
- Keep the bar clean during service, including the bar top, tools, fridges, floors, and bottles.
- Restock, prepare, and reset the station proactively.
- Control wastage, handle glassware properly, and respect inventory.
- Coordinate with floor staff and deliver prompt guest service.
