Peaksy Tourist Restaurant is hiring a waiter or waitress for its Yas Bay, Yas Island, Abu Dhabi location.
The position is full-time and requires prior UAE restaurant experience.
Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests professionally; take orders accurately and efficiently.
- Serve food and beverages while maintaining presentation and hygiene standards.
- Assist guests with menu selections and answer food and beverage questions.
- Maintain a clean, organized dining area and coordinate with kitchen and bar staff.
- Handle complaints professionally, escalating issues when needed.
- Process bills and handle cash and card payments accurately.
Requirements
- At least two years of waiter or waitress experience in UAE restaurants; candidates without UAE restaurant experience will not be considered.
- Strong knowledge of UAE dining etiquette and customer service expectations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work quickly and collaboratively.
- Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
Compensation
- Pay is AED 3,000–3,500 per month.
Workplace
- Work is in person in Yas Bay, Yas Island, Abu Dhabi.
