The restaurant is seeking a Commis Chef to join its kitchen team in Abu Dhabi, UAE.
The role is in person and full-time; immediate availability is required.
Responsibilities
- Assist with daily food preparation and kitchen operations, preparing ingredients to recipes and kitchen standards.
- Support the Chef de Partie and senior kitchen team, including during busy service periods.
- Maintain food quality, consistency, and presentation; follow food safety, hygiene, and HACCP procedures.
- Keep kitchen areas and equipment clean and organized; handle and store stock, rotate food, minimize waste, and control portions.
Requirements
- Previous Commis Chef or professional-kitchen experience is preferred.
- Basic food-preparation and kitchen-operations knowledge and a good understanding of food hygiene and safety are required.
- Work under pressure and as part of a team; bring a positive, disciplined attitude and willingness to learn.
- Immediate availability is required.
