A prominent aviation group in Dubai is recruiting a Vice President of IT Delivery and Digital Enablement.
The role leads technology strategy across airline operations, drives large-scale digital transformation, and embeds agility across the enterprise.
The role may leverage emerging technologies including AI, cloud, and data analytics.
Key responsibilities
- Define and execute a modern mobile-first, cloud-first, and digital-first IT strategy aligned with business objectives.
- Co-create and launch digital programs to improve operational efficiency, customer experience, and revenue growth.
- Oversee the annual IT delivery roadmap, enterprise budgets, vendor procurement, and complex SLA negotiations.
- Drive IT service management to minimize operational disruption while maintaining compliance and risk standards.
- Partner with executive leadership and direct a high-performing team of technology leaders.
Experience and qualifications
- 15 or more years of progressive IT experience across IT delivery, product, and project management.
- At least 5 years in a senior IT leadership role managing large-scale transformation programs and teams.
- Deep knowledge of the airline or aviation industry.
- Active PMP and SAFe certifications are required.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field; a master’s degree or MBA is preferred.
