Role Overview

Education and Certification

• A university degree or equivalent work experience is acceptable; relevant fields include Management Information Systems, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
• Certification in Workday or a similar HRIS platform is specified.

Functional and Technical Skills

• Solid HRIS experience in a complex, highly regulated, global environment and expertise in one or more HRIS platforms or modules.
• Strong HR data management, HR process, project management, systems development life cycle, integration, configuration, reporting, and analytics skills.
• Subject matter expertise in HR business processes, requirements documentation, solution design, data quality, and governance.
• Understanding of data privacy regulations such as CCPA, GDPR, CBPR, and PIPL.
• Financial services or commercial banking HRIS experience is highly desirable, and Agile delivery experience is preferred.
• Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills are required; MS Project, Visio, or similar tools are also referenced.

Core Responsibilities

• Manage HRIS functionality, reporting, access, training strategy, platform and module management, configuration changes, upgrades, patches, and enhancements.
• Lead HR process automation, integration, configuration, implementation, testing, security administration, reporting, optimization, and adoption.
• Manage roadmaps, projects, risks, resources, compliance assessments, gap analyses, production escalations, and process improvement requests.
• Develop reports, queries, workflows, requirements, technical specifications, training documentation, and process and testing records.
• Ensure HR applications integrate with infrastructure and maintain data privacy, integrity, uptime, performance, and compliance.
• Partner with HR, IT, global stakeholders, and Centers of Excellence to prioritize work, improve operating efficiency, and deliver HR technology value.
• Mentor and coach teams, manage HRIS resources, resolve user challenges, and provide subject matter expertise for operational decisions.
