Overview
A major Saudi energy company is seeking a VP Finance & Treasury to oversee capital markets activity, treasury operations, and financial planning across a diversified energy portfolio.
Key Responsibilities
Lead treasury operations including cash management, FX, and debt capital markets.
Oversee financial planning and analysis across multiple business units.
Manage banking relationships and credit facility negotiations.
Report to the CFO and present to the Audit & Finance Committee.
Requirements
CFA or CA qualification preferred.
10+ years in treasury and corporate finance within energy or utilities.
Experience
with sukuk issuance or Islamic finance instruments strongly valued.
Fluency in Arabic preferred.
