About the Role
Forge is hiring a VP Finance for a full-time, on-site role in the UAE.
This role will lead financial planning, reporting, controls, and finance operations to support informed business decisions.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
- Oversee accounting, cash flow, controls, and finance operations.
- Provide financial insights to support leadership decisions.
- Monitor costs, revenue trends, and business performance.
- Support audits, compliance, governance, and risk management.
- Improve finance processes, policies, and reporting.
Requirements
- Relevant experience in finance, accounting, FP&A, or finance leadership.
- Strong knowledge of budgeting, reporting, forecasting, and controls.
- Ability to analyze financial data and communicate recommendations.
- Strong integrity, accuracy, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
- Comfortable using spreadsheets, finance systems, and reporting tools.
- Ability to work full-time on site in the UAE.
Preferred Qualifications
- CPA, ACCA, CA, CMA, MBA, or equivalent qualification.
- Familiarity with UAE or GCC finance, tax, or regulatory practices.
- Experience improving finance systems, controls, or reporting processes.
