Overview

Responsibilities

• Lead financial, management, and regulatory reporting
• Ensure timely and accurate submissions to relevant regulators and internal stakeholders.
• Support financial control, governance, and compliance frameworks.
• Work closely with senior management on reporting, planning, and strategic issues.
• Review and interpret financial data and present insights to management.
• Support change management initiatives, process improvements, and new product or regulatory developments.
• Coordinate with auditors, tax teams, and other internal or external stakeholders.
• Contribute to the implementation of policies, procedures, and internal controls.
• Provide guidance and support to junior team members.
• Assist with VAT, tax, and regulatory reporting matters as needed.
• Manage a small finance team

Requirements

• Strong understanding of local VAT and regulatory requirements.
• Ability to present cases, findings, and recommendations to senior management.
• Qualified or part-qualified accountant preferred.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
