Qualifications
- Proven experience within the supply chain & logistics industry.
- Proven experience delivering growth within a Senior Sales Leadership role.
- Ability to define and shape sales strategy while driving the growth agenda within key areas of responsibility.
- You'll be a strategic thinker who combines commercial acumen with a commitment to fostering an inclusive, high-performing environment that empowers teams and delivers sustainable results.
- Management of the Business Development and Account Management teams within area of responsibility. This will include coaching and development of individuals as well as ensuring utilisation and optimal allocation.
- Strong leadership skills with a passion for developing high-performing, diverse teams.
- Exceptional communication skills that inspire and connect with a variety of stakeholders.
