Payroll responsibilities

• Manage and track the CCN process with Zellis, operational sites and DHL Central Teams, ensuring records, reviews and actions are completed.
• Resolve payroll queries concerning calculations, deductions, sickness payments, back pay and other processes.
• Support overpayment escalations, validate calculations, prepare breakdowns and complete payroll reporting on time.
• Assist managers with administrative tasks and pre-processing payroll checks.
• Process SDP/OCP requests and manage off-cycle payments to agreed deadlines.

Candidate requirements

• Good analytical and numerical skills, attention to detail, and ability to gather and correlate accurate data.
• Excellent Excel and MS Office skills.
• Working knowledge of payroll and statutory legislation; basic technical payroll skills are essential.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, including telephone and conferencing ability.
• Previous payroll experience is desirable, not essential.
