This role will be located in Riyadh, working within the most prestigious international schools to offer the students our services.

The Candidate

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic **Volleyball Coach** to lead and develop our volleyball programs.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for coaching players, designing training sessions, and supporting the growth of the sport across all levels.

This role involves overseeing program delivery, fostering player development, and building strong partnerships with schools, clubs, and clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, organize, and deliver engaging volleyball training sessions across various age groups and skill levels.
  • Develop and implement structured training curricula and match schedules.
  • Identify and nurture player talent, supporting athletes in their long-term development.
  • Collaborate with schools and partner organizations on programs, leagues, and events.
  • Supervise and support assistant coaches to maintain coaching quality and consistency.
  • Promote teamwork, sportsmanship, and positive player behavior on and off the court.
  • Ensure compliance with academy standards, safety procedures, and best coaching practices.

Job Qualifications

  • Volleyball coaching certification (e.g., FIVB Level 1 or 2) preferred.
  • Proven experience in volleyball coaching and player development.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to motivate and inspire players of all abilities.
  • Flexible to work evenings, weekends, and tournament schedules.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ﷼9,000.00 - ﷼11,000.00 per month
