**Salary Package:** 5,000 SAR plus commissioned structure

This role will be located in Riyadh, working within the most prestigious international schools to offer the students our services.

We are looking for a passionate and skilled **Tennis Coordinator** to deliver high-quality coaching sessions and foster a strong sporting culture within our Academy.

The ideal candidate will inspire players of all ages and abilities, organize engaging tennis and padel activities, and promote a lifelong love for racquet sports.

· Conduct dynamic group and individual coaching sessions in tennis and/or padel tennis.

· Instruct players of all skill levels — from beginners to advanced — on techniques, tactics, and game strategy.

· Plan and oversee training programs, friendly matches, and internal tournaments.

· Promote values of sportsmanship, teamwork, and continuous improvement among players.

· Ensure a safe and inclusive training environment, maintaining equipment and facilities in top condition.

· Support club programs and events aimed at growing participation in racquet sports.

· Recognized coaching certification in tennis or padel (e.g., ITF, PTR, or equivalent).

· Minimum 2 years’ experience in coaching or tennis program coordination.

· Strong understanding of game rules, techniques, and modern coaching methodologies.

· Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.

· Enthusiastic, organized, and committed to delivering an outstanding player experience.

Pay: Up to ﷼5,000.00 per month
