Elite Sports Academy is one of the leading sports providers in the Middle East, delivering programmes across football, swimming, basketball, gymnastics, holiday camps, and school activities throughout the UAE and KSA.
The Candidate
We are looking for a Full-time Swim coach and Venue Coordinator to sessions to children of all ability levels from 2.5-18 years old
Job Responsibilities
- · To complete the necessary planning and preparation prior to the session and liaise with other coaches/colleagues as needed.
- · To provide positive, fun and safe coaching sessions.
- · Responsible for the safeguarding and protection of all children.
- · Communicate effectively with parents regarding child's progress.
Job Requirements
- · A Sport related Degree / level 2 coaching qualification
- · Proven experience as Swim coach
- · Experience in the sports coaching and/or education sector
- · Experience working with students aged 3-16 years
- · An enhanced CRB/DBS check
- · Safeguarding & Protecting Children Certificate
- · First Aid qualified
- · Good communication and organisational skills.
- · UAE Driving Licence
- · Proficient in MS Office
- · Good leadership skills and ability to work as part of a team
- · Good interpersonal skills - Ability to communicate effectively with children, parents and other members of staff
- · Ability to understand the learning process and training principles
- · Ability to motivate and assist children to develop new skills safely
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED8,000.00 - AED12,000.00 per month
