You’ll communicate clearly and professionally with customers and colleagues, keeping them informed throughout your work. You’ll manage your workload effectively, working confidently both independently and as part of a supportive wider team. You’ll look for opportunities to improve existing processes and ways of working, helping to deliver operational excellence and an even better customer experience. You’ll work flexibly to meet business needs, including travel and participation in a 24/7 callout rota and/or shift pattern where required.

You’ll be adaptable and organised, with the ability to prioritise your workload, learn new skills and remain focused when working to deadlines. You’ll bring strong customer-facing and communication skills, alongside good IT literacy. You’ll hold a valid full UK/EU Category B driving licence.
