Technical Skills

  • Proven experience in HR systems implementation and project management is required. Specialized knowledge in SuccessFactors is nice to have. Soft Skills: Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities combined with exceptional communication, influencing, and customer-focused presentation skills. Language Proficiency: Business fluent English skills (C1 level according to CEFR) in both written and spoken form. At Vantage Towers we operate in 8 different European countries. This role will be based in Düsseldorf.
