Role overview

Responsibilities

• Support daily visual-merchandising execution and maintain brand standards across the store.
• Prepare, organize, and reposition merchandise; assist with displays, installations, podiums, and marketing activations.
• Work across fashion, beauty, footwear, and shop-in-shop concepts while following brand guidelines, deadlines, and VM requirements.
• Coordinate with external suppliers and support owned brands and shop-in-shop brand partners.
• Help Marketing translate campaign concepts into in-store experiences; build relationships with brand teams and learn how brand identities translate into the store.
• Adapt to changing commercial priorities, campaigns, and brand requirements.

What you'll need

• UAE National with a Family Book.
• Interest or background in Visual Merchandising, Fashion, Interior Design, Spatial Design, Creative Arts, Retail, or a related field; previous VM experience is not essential.
• Interest in luxury retail, brands, and engaging physical customer experiences.
• Proactive, responsive, reliable, and open to feedback, with follow-through and interest in learning.
• Comfortable in physically active shop-floor and stockroom work, including moving products and VM materials.
• Strong communication, coordination, and commercial curiosity.

Workplace

• Highly hands-on role based at Tryano in Abu Dhabi; primarily shop-floor and stockroom based rather than desk-based.
