Position objective

Key responsibilities

• Execute in-store displays for seasonal themes, promotions, and concept guidelines.
• Keep displays aligned with brand identity and current product arrivals or inventory.
• Work with store and regional teams to implement promotional and marketing campaigns visually.
• Conduct floor walks, assess visual standards, and make improvements.
• Analyze product placement and optimize store layouts to increase sales.
• Train and guide in-store staff on merchandising standards and techniques.
• Track industry trends, competitor practices, and emerging visual merchandising tools.

Skills and capabilities

• Strong aesthetic sense and an eye for design, color, and styling.
• Knowledge of current visual merchandising trends and best practices.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and early or late shifts as needed.
• Physical ability to lift, move, and set up displays and fixtures.
