Product Designer

Role overview

Responsibilities

• Own design from problem framing and research through wireframes, prototypes, visual design, and developer handoff.
• Design for mobile apps, mobile web, and desktop, supporting RTL Arabic and LTR.
• Create clear, conversion-focused interfaces based on business goals and user needs.
• Partner with product and engineering to ship work that moves metrics.
• Contribute to the multi-brand Figma design system and use data, analytics, and experiments to improve designs.
• Take part in design critiques and stay curious about AI applications in design.

Experience and capabilities

• 2–5 years of product, UX, or UI design experience; e-commerce or consumer digital products are ideal.
• Portfolio should show problem-solving and shipped work, not only visual polish.
• Strong Figma proficiency, including components, auto layout, and prototyping.
• Solid grasp of interaction design, information architecture, and responsive design across devices.
• Comfort in fast-paced cross-functional teams; strong communication, attention to detail, and care for craft.

Preferred experience

• Transactional flows, checkout or payment experiences, and fintech exposure are welcome.
• RTL/bilingual Arabic and English design, large-scale design systems, A/B testing, and HTML/CSS familiarity are nice to have.
• Interest in AI and willingness to evolve design practices are expected.
