We are an award-winning interdisciplinary design-and-build firm based in Doha.
Our work spans interior design, architecture, fitout, and curated product supply — across residential, hospitality, retail, and commercial sectors.
We operate at the luxury end of the market and hold ourselves to that standard in everything we put out.
The Role
We're looking for a hands-on Visual Content & Brand Specialist to own how AEA Designs looks, sounds, and shows up — across social media, digital platforms, client-facing materials, and everything in between.
This is not a management role.
You create, execute, and deliver.
You take ownership without being asked twice.
You are someone with genuine taste, a strong eye, and the initiative to figure things out.
You're comfortable with AI tools and use them to work smarter.
You understand the difference between content that looks busy and content that feels considered.
What You'Ll Do
- Plan, shoot, edit, and publish content for Instagram and other platforms — projects, process, ideas, and the brand story
- Manage and update the website (Webflow)
- Design client presentations, company profiles, and competition submissions to a high standard
- Create branding assets, print materials, and marketing collateral
- Run and optimise Meta ad campaigns
- Support the broader team with creative output as needed
What We'Re Looking For
- 3–6 years of experience in a creative or content role
- Strong design skills — Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop as a minimum
- Motion graphics and video editing experience (After Effects or similar)
- Competent photographer and videographer; comfortable directing and shooting on site
- Experience with Meta Business Manager — targeting, optimisation, and performance analysis
- Familiarity with Webflow or similar CMS platforms — and the resourcefulness to learn what you don't know and find the right collaborators when a job calls for it
- Comfortable using AI tools to enhance output and workflow
- Fluent in English; Arabic is a strong advantage
- A portfolio that shows range, taste, and attention to detail
- Experience in luxury, design, architecture, hospitality, or lifestyle brands is a genuine advantage
