Videographer / Video Editor

Role overview

Responsibilities

• Plan, shoot, and produce content for sports activities, events, tournaments, camps, and promotional campaigns.
• Operate professional cameras, action cameras, gimbals, microphones, and other video equipment.
• Edit videos for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, WhatsApp, and other digital platforms.
• Create Reels, Shorts, promotional videos, highlights, and event recaps.
• Add music, sound effects, transitions, subtitles, and graphics.
• Work with Marketing and Sports Operations to understand content requirements.
• Capture action shots and behind-the-scenes content during sports sessions and events.
• Organize video files, footage, and project folders; deliver content on time to required quality standards.
• Assist with photography and other content creation when required.
• Follow social media trends and suggest video concepts and creative ideas.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a videographer, video editor, content creator, or in a similar role.
• Strong video shooting and editing skills.
• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro, or similar software.
• Good understanding of lighting, framing, composition, audio, and camera settings.
• Experience creating content for social media platforms.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
• Creative mindset, attention to detail, and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Flexible hours may include evenings, weekends, tournaments, and sports events.
• A portfolio or examples of previous video work are required.

Preferred qualifications

• Sports, fitness, academy, event, or youth-related content experience is preferred.
• Knowledge of Instagram Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and other short-form formats is preferred.
• GoPro/action camera experience, photography skills, and a UAE driving licence are advantageous.
• Two years of UAE experience is preferred.

Compensation
