Pyramedia X is a Dubai-based marketing agency specializing in creative campaigns, social media content, advertising, branding, and AI-powered marketing solutions.

We are looking for a talented Creative Content Specialist who can shoot, edit, and design high-quality content for brands, campaigns, and social media platforms.

About the Role

The ideal candidate must be a hands-on creative who can manage the full content creation process — from shooting videos to editing reels and creating graphic designs.

This role is mainly for someone with strong experience in videography, video editing, and graphic design for marketing and social media.

Important: Candidate must have their own videography equipment.

Key Responsibilities

• Shoot high-quality videos for social media, ads, campaigns, events, interviews, and brand content.
• Edit short-form videos for Instagram Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and paid ads.
• Create engaging videos with strong hooks, clean transitions, captions, music, and modern pacing.
• Design social media posts, ad creatives, stories, thumbnails, banners, and basic branding visuals.
• Work with the marketing team to create content ideas and campaign concepts.
• Ensure all content matches the client’s brand identity and campaign direction.
• Handle content from shooting to final delivery.
• Stay updated with social media trends, editing styles, and design formats.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in videography, video editing, graphic design, or similar creative roles.
• Must have your own camera and basic shooting equipment.
• Strong video shooting and editing skills.
• Strong graphic design skills for social media and advertising.
• Experience creating content for brands, agencies, or marketing campaigns.
• Proficiency in tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, CapCut, or similar.
• Good understanding of lighting, framing, audio, pacing, hooks, and visual storytelling.
• Ability to work fast and deliver high-quality creative work.
• Strong attention to detail and creative eye.
• Portfolio, showreel, or sample work is required.

Preferred

• Experience working in a marketing agency.
• Experience with social media ads and performance-driven creatives.
• Motion graphics or animation skills.
• Experience with AI creative tools is a plus.
• Additional equipment such as gimbal, lights, microphones, or lenses is a plus.
